Our department excels in data management, utilizing federal grants from the EPA to develop open-source applications and data that other tribes can access and use.

Our department actively engages in Brownfields projects, assessing and rehabilitating contaminated sites to safely repurpose them for community use and development.

Request for Proposals – Systems / Data Architecture Consulting Services

The Muscogee (Creek) Nation is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to provide Systems and Data Architecture Consulting Services in support of environmental data and geospatial infrastructure initiatives funded through the EPA Exchange Network Program. The selected consultant will assist with assessment, design, and documentation of a scalable and secure architecture supporting ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online (AGOL), databases, cloud infrastructure, and system integrations.

Proposal Deadline: April 3, 2026 by 5:00pm CST

Proposals must be submitted electronically in accordance with the instructions contained in the Request for Proposal (RFP) document.
